DELIVER ME FROM SIN

We are all human. We are flesh. We all have a nature of sin. The evil of sin calls to us. We see all the pleasures of sin. We see the flashing lights and the loud pulsing music. We are drawn to sin. We want all the pleasures that sin brings to others. They are having a wonderful time. Parties and strong drink draw us like flies. The bright lights are hypnotic. We sway to the beat of the music. We see all our friends climbing aboard the pleasure train. They are having the time of their lives. We jump at the chance to join the merry makers. We want a wonderful time. We want that reckless feeling. We are invinceable. We enjoy the party. The next morning we awake with a headache. We feel awful. Many times we cannot remember what happened last night at the party. We can't seem to focus. Everything is a blur. It's then we realize we have made a mistake. The pleasures we enjoyed last night are now a thing of reality. Our life is turned upside down. Things that promised a wonderful ride were in fact a trap. Satan tempted us and we fell for it. It's time to stop. Just stop and think about what is happening. Jesus died on the cross for you. Is this your answer to Him? Look to Jesus who loves you and gave His life for you. He has the power to deliver you from the evil of sin. There is no way that you can deliver yourself from evil. You need the help of Jesus Christ. I pray that you will realize that you need a Savior. He alone is the way, the truth and the light. May God Bless You.

Hi John,

Thanks for shining the Light of the World. Our real need is (and always will be) Jesus Christ.

Blessings and peace.

Isn't it a shame that every generation has to learn everything the hard way. Now that I'm an old geezer, I sometimes try warning younger people about things, but they rarely listen. They generally don't want to hear much about the Lord either. Thankfully, there are some exceptions.
