A ONE MINUTE PRAYER

A ONE MINUTE PRAYER
Tick. Tick. Tick. Tick. When we say "I'll be there in a minute" we think of it as in an instant. It's not. An accident can happen in a minute. you can say the Pledge of Allegience 4 times in a minute. You can also say a prayer for someone in a minute. That's what I'm asking you to do. Click " Comment " below. Type the first name and the initial of the last name of someone who needs prayer. Then type the prayer request. I will start it off with the first request. While you are in the Comment section look at the other prayer requests. On a scrap of paper copy 3 prayer requests. Slip it in your pocket. During the day pray a one minute prayer for the ones on your list. While you're waiting for your morning toast say a prayer. While you're in the grocery line say a prayer. Before you get out of your car at work say a prayer. Add a prayer request for friends or family. E Mail the link to this post to people you know. Tell them to add to the list.

Joshaua...my 5 year-old son. In therapy, and we're seeing separation anxiety surface due to a loss of a foster child over 2 years ago. It has caused him great anxiety. He was also born with a cataract in one eye...5 surguries later, he wears a patch for up to 6 hrs a day as a way to strengthen his muscle and vision in his eyes. A lot for a little man to endure.

Great idea here, brother!
