Can you remember your childhood? Remember when you went out to play with your friends. You ran around in the yard. You fell in the dirt. You chased and were chased. Hide and Seek. Tag you're it. Then you heard Mom calling to you. Come in right now! It's Supper Time! Then you ran for the house. When Mom looked at you she was shocked. When you went outside you had on clean clothes. Your shoes were shined. Your hands and face were clean. Now look at you. You're a mess. Dirty clothes, dirty shoes, dirty face and dirty hands. Mom was upset. Get inside and wash your hands and face before supper. You ran inside, splashed a little water in your face and rubbed your hands under the running water. Then you dried with the towel. Mom looked at you, marched you back into the bathroom where she re-washed your face and hands. Everything is ok now. You're clean and ready to come to the table. It is if you had been born again. New, fresh and clean. Jesus talks about that in the Bible. You must be born again. Nicodemus was the student and Jesus was the teacher. Jesus said that a man must be born again in order to enter the kingdom of Heaven. Do you know what it means to be born again? Study your Bible. Read and learn what it means to be a Christian.
