OBEY
She was a young mother. It was her first child. Like every child he had his own sleep schedule. The early morning feedings left her sleepy. Then he started walking. He was into everything. He knocked things off the table. He turned over everything that wasn’t nailed down. She told him again and again to be careful. “Don’t” was a word she repeated again & again. He was wild. He would not obey. It is the same with our Heavenly father. Our Heavenly Father knows our human nature. He knows we want things our own way. We must learn to obey our Father. When we obey we put ourselves into position to be ready for things God has planned for us. Are you living a life that prepares you to obey and serve our Heavenly Father?

Hey JT! Excellent post! I truly believe that sometimes people forget that Jesus grew up from a baby just like you and me. They only see Him from the age of His ministry on. Thank you for putting Him in the light of a NORMAL baby, with human child tendencies. That, I think helps to relate that He was human, flesh and blood, with a divine soul, the soul of God. Again, thank you.
God Bless,
PJ
I've seen people go to their graves the same way as they behaved through their childhood, JT. It's so sad. Praise God that His forgiveness is there if we'll only accept it.
Hi JT,
God has a lot in store for those of us who choose to obey Him. It can be tough, but I do know it is worth while. I am so very glad that God is patient with us. :)
Blessings brother,

Thanks for your comment PJ.
Thanks for your comment Child of God.
Excellent word and comparison...but God's patience and long-suffering is much much more than mine.....I'd tied that little booger to the post... wink wink....JK
