PEACE AND PROSPERITY

Have you known someone who has been an inspiration to you - someone who didn't have the best breaks in life but made the best of life? Maybe it was a parent, a grandparent, a neighbor, a school teacher or someone you just watched as they lived their life to the fullest. There are those who just have it right. They seem to know why God put them here on this earth. It isn't hard for them to live a full life. It just was natural to them. Some have to work hard at it. They stray from the path too often. They need a lot of prayer. The Bible says in 2nd Chronicles Chapter 14 that king Asa was a good man. He removed the foreign altars from the high places. He commanded Judah to seek the Lord God of his ancestors and to obey His laws and commands. No one was at war with him during these years for the Lord gave him peace and prosperity. He followed God and helped others along the way. He was a good man. What about you? Do you have it right? Do you know why God put you here on this earth? Are you an inspiration to others?

I'm afraid most of my glimpses of the the Lord's work in my life are in hindsight.

Hi JT,
Great questions, ones that I have been asking myself. Why am I here and who am I influencing.

My sister, who is 13 years older than me, made a huge impact on my life. I only hope that I can make a huge impact on someone's life for Jesus.

Blessings brother,
<><
