TELL YOUR STORY

The alarm sounds and it's 6 am again. It is Monday morning, time to get up and get ready for work. The weekly grind. Another day another dollar, working my life away. It would be nice to stay in bed another hour. Slip down under the cover and go back to sleep. We've all been there. We all look for some time off. It's vacation time. A week or two of rest and relaxation. You drag in from work Friday evening and realize you have two weeks to rest. Then you hear the family talking about a trip to the beach. You just want to rest but you know you have to go. The family is depending on you for a trip. You pack the car and you're on your way. You get to the beach and it is warm and sunny. You get into the groove and you're having fun. Time flies. It's time to go home. Before you know it Monday morning rolls around and you're at work. Everyone asks about your vacation and you tell them how much you enjoyed the beach. The people you work with are envious. You paint a picture of fun and relaxation. You have a smile on your face and you are beaming. Everyone knows you had a wonderful time. There are other stores you need to tell. If you are a Christian you have a personal testimony of salvation. Stories of salvation are powerful when you share them with friends. They can see the difference Jesus has made in your life. When you tell someone about Jesus make sure you have a smile from ear to ear. Make sure you are beaming with happiness. You have been given eternal life. God will use your testimony to bring others into the fold. You have a story to tell.

A believers personal testimony of how Jesus transformed their lives is way more powerful to the unbelieving world than throwing a barrage of Bible verses at them. Who can argue with what God has done in a persons life that was formerly entangled in some of the same things that they are into right now? Only Jesus can truly transform and change a persons life.

I could not have said it any better. It was a great post! People watch how we live our lives and sometimes that is the only testimony a person will ever see!

Actions speak louder than words sometimes. Good post, I really enjoyed reading it.

I love to tell my friends how God has impacted my life! They tend to listen more when they are dealing with something in their life that is stressful!Funny how God is always most peoples last avenue out of trouble and yet it is the EASIEST AND MOST REWARDING SOLUTION!
